• WhatsApp is used only for car booking and communication.
• A booking is confirmed only after confirmation by Chamunda Tourist.
• Customers must provide correct pickup, drop, and travel details.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices depend on distance, duration, vehicle type, and travel route.
• Any additional charges (toll, parking, state tax) must be paid by the customer unless stated otherwise.
• Payment terms will be informed at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be informed in advance.
• Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of cancellation.
• No refund may be provided for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must behave respectfully with drivers and staff.
• Any damage to the vehicle caused by the customer will be chargeable.
• Illegal activities during travel are strictly prohibited.

6. Driver & Vehicle

• Vehicles are provided with licensed drivers.
• Driver working hours are as per government rules.
• Chamunda Tourist may change the vehicle or driver if required.

7. Delays & Unforeseen Events

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

8. Use of Website

• Misuse of the website is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Chamunda Tourist is not liable for loss of personal belongings, delays, accidents, or indirect damages during travel.
